Job Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for Codina Partners’ various projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize results and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation Assistance: When needed, assist in the creation of compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts. Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand voice and messaging for the entity being marketed.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including grand openings, community outreach initiatives, and industry conferences. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that events are executed smoothly and effectively.
  • Market Research: Assist in the performance of market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collateral Development: Assist in the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and presentations. Work closely with the Creative Services Manager and other members of the marketing team to ensure that all materials are visually appealing and conform to the brand standards of the entity being marketed.
  • Brand Management: Support the maintenance and enhancement of Codina Partners’ brand identity, including the company’s residential and commercial sub brands across all marketing channels. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing materials and communications.

Education, Qualifications & Skills

Education, Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing residential property profiles preferred (i.e., Zillow, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

This is an on-site position based in Coral Gables, Florida.
