ADRIAN MORALES

Adrian Morales is the Vice President of Asset and Property Management at Codina Partners, a real estate development and investment firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience in managing and optimizing large property portfolios to effective manage the day-to-day operations across the company’s assets, largest among them being the 250-acre city center of Downtown Doral.

Before joining Codina Partners, Morales served as the Director of Facilities and Fleet Management for the City of Miami Beach. There, he oversaw a diverse portfolio of city assets, including facilities, real property, and fleet vehicles, while managing capital projects from planning through construction with a budget of nearly one billion dollars.

Previously, Morales was the Senior Administrative Manager for the City of Miami Beach, where he managed Lincoln Road, one of the city’s premier shopping destinations. He spearheaded the revitalization of the Lincoln Road District Master Plan and coordinated all maintenance and operational efforts.

Morales holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
