Armando Codina, Founder and Executive Chairman of Codina Partners, was recently featured on the cover of Aqua Pinecrest Magazine. The November 2025 issue highlights Codina’s remarkable life story and the inspirations that led to the creation of Regency Parc, an ultra-luxury residential tower redefining modern living in Coral Gables.

The Aqua Pinecrest article also reveals that Codina himself will call Regency Parc home, along with his daughter Ana-Marie Codina, CEO of Codina Partners, who also plans to move into a residence within the building. “My daughter jokes that I decided where I wanted to live, designed my unit, and then built a building beneath it,” Codina says.
