Armando Codina Featured on the Cover of Aqua Pinecrest Magazine
Armando Codina, Founder and Executive Chairman of Codina Partners, was recently featured on the cover of Aqua Pinecrest Magazine. The November 2025 issue highlights Codina’s remarkable life story and the inspirations that led to the creation of Regency Parc, an ultra-luxury residential tower redefining modern living in Coral Gables.
In the feature story, Aqua Pinecrest Magazine chronicles Codina’s journey from his early beginnings as a Cuban immigrant who arrived in the United States at age fourteen through Operation Pedro Pan, to becoming one of South Florida’s most respected and visionary developers. Guided by perseverance, faith, and an unwavering work ethic, Codina built a legacy of shaping communities that elevate both lifestyle and design.
“Everything I have, I owe America,” Codina reflects in the article. “Even if I lived one hundred years more, I could not repay the debt I owe this country.”

The Vision Behind Regency Parc
At the center of the feature is Codina’s latest project, Regency Parc, a $205 million ultra-luxury tower that represents a new chapter in Coral Gables living. Inspired by the sophistication of European villas and the effortless elegance of modern Miami design, Regency Parc offers 126 “Sky Residences” ranging from 1,768 to 12,000 square feet.
Residents will enjoy an extensive suite of amenities rivaling those of five-star hotels, including black car concierge service, a private salon, wellness pavilion, telehealth room, dedicated pet services, and more—all accessible through a custom resident app designed to simplify daily life.
Yet, as Codina explains, Regency Parc is about much more than convenience or luxury—it’s about redefining what home means for today’s successful, forward-thinking residents. “It’s not just a home—it’s a lifestyle strategy,” he shares. The concept encourages residents to unlock equity from their single-family homes, invest that capital conservatively, and enjoy a life of freedom, flexibility, and connection.
A Personal Vision Realized
The Aqua Pinecrest article also reveals that Codina himself will call Regency Parc home, along with his daughter Ana-Marie Codina, CEO of Codina Partners, who also plans to move into a residence within the building. “My daughter jokes that I decided where I wanted to live, designed my unit, and then built a building beneath it,” Codina says.
That personal connection speaks volumes about the project’s authenticity. Regency Parc is not only a reflection of Codina’s career-long pursuit of excellence—it is also a deeply personal embodiment of his vision for the future of luxury living in Coral Gables.
